Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate frisbee is a sport that is gaining popularity as schools, churches, and friends are becoming more and more involved in the sport. Ultimate frisbee is an intense and high speed team sport, played by more and more people every year. The goal of ultimate is to score in your opponents end zone. To do this, you have to pass the frisbee to your teammates (without dropping it) as you advance to your opponent's end of the field. You are allowed to pivot and then pass, but you're not allowed to run with the frisbee. Teams are made of seven players each and schematic passing amongst your teammates is crucial to winning in ultimate. Ultimate frisbee combines the most incredible features of a variety of sports such as Football, Basketball, and Soccer into one exciting and competitve game. Ultimate is a great way to increase awareness of being active and getting invlolved in a community. It provides a great release for guys and girls alike and gives all people an opportunity to have fun with a sport outside.
